On hold with tastings
2017-10-24
Dear friends,
I have stopped tasting strong drinks. I don't know for how long, I just don't want to do it anymore. I will post some tastings still, as I have many notes that are waiting to be published.

Aroma: delicate notes of raisins, ripe apples, honey. Also notes of a good sherry and a old cognac. But main line is fruitiness and spices.
Palate: good balance of oak and fruit. Spicy, bit jammy, full of raisins. Delicate. I'm almost sure, higher strength will make wonders. Tropical fruits, honey with almonds and peppermint. Finish: perfectly fruity and sweet. Just bit too short.
