Aroma: fresh. Lemon, green apples, lots of vanilla. Field of flowers in a hot summer day - notes of hay and grass. Trace of wood with spices. Simple malt, without exess of flashy notes.
Palate: honey, vanilla, pepper and lime. Peppermint, grapefruit, grass. Fresh, simple, palate friendly. Finish: warm, long enough, with notes of pepper and vanilla.
Comment: good companion in a summer time. Decent balance. Good representation of it's style and nice in it's age range.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
