Aroma: dry oak, sea water and pepper. Tiny bit of ripe fruits. With water becomes very fresh - lots of lemon, fruits, honey.
Palate: honey, pepper, some ripe fruits. Bit of caramel and fruit drops. Lemon zest and bisquiet, milk chocolate, herb tea. Bit of salt. With water more salt and fruits. Finish: fruits, herb tea and oak.
Comment: very interesting and not very typical Bunna. Bit towards to similar aged Caol Ila. This one is more fruity and less salty. Really nice, expecially with water. Just that strange lemon drops style reminds me bit of Bowmore from 80's.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
