Aroma: really nice and light - very rich oranges, mango, ripe pears arome with significant nutty (almond) notes. Really fruity. Nice tones od honey and wax with dry oily wood complement well that fruitiness.
Palate: slightly bitter at the start cause of wood tannins and spices, salt. Than fruits and honey emerges quickly. Some raisins, caramelized almonds and oranges take their place. Solid one. Finish: slightly dry, not super long, but very nice - with wax, raisins, sawdust and lots of fruit.
Comments: really fresh and alive for it's age. Very nice aroma, palate delivers well also. Amazingly fruity. Robust and not overaged or overoaked. Just give it some time to breath in the glass.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
