One of the youngest I ever had. The other is Kilchoman. Most likely we will see more like these in the future..
Aroma: sweet peat with lemon and vanilla. Smoked ham, bonfire and seaweed.
Palate: salty with notes of ashes and sea. Seawwd and smoked ham, lemon peel, pepper and grapefruit. Finish: coastal, salty with vanilla and peppery notes. Long and warming, with bit of a coffee and grass.
Comments: interesting. Maritime and has it's own style already. Couple more years and it should be even more interesting.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
