Aroma: figs, ginger, raisins, toffee and wood tannins.
Palate: sweet, thick, robust. Notes of chocolate, spices, dried plums, orange peel and cacao.
Comments: goes well neat, as younger 105. Robust and complex enough, eternal competitor to Aberloud Abunad'h.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
