Aroma: honey with wax, some hints of smoke. Notes of cinnamon and quince, aniseed. Peels of orange and apple. Quiet interesting nose.
Palate: honey and wood, black tea with dried fruits. Full of spice. Pleasant, but bit too dry for me.
Aftertaste: single-sided one, but remarkable. Toffee and wood, with hints of mint and cinnamon.
Comments: easy and simple. But lacks something for greater effect. Maybe bit more powerfull than HP in some sense, but lacks of balance. Good, but not impressive.

The ratings system that we use is based on personal opinion and reflects only a personal momentary impression about the tasted whiskey. We do not represent any producers of whiskey and we are not in the whiskey business ourselves. However, we have our personal sympathies for particular whiskeys. We are human, therefore the ratings that we give are subjective. Furthermore, they are given with comparisons to other whiskeys in mind. We decided to use convienent and widely used 100 points system.
